Thanksgiving at the McFarlands

It must be Thanksgiving!
Eden and her daddy had made the turkey pumpkin!
The table was set and ready for guest...
And then, finally, they began to arrive!  Here's our beautiful baby Brynlee all the way from Boise.  (I don't have an early picture of Jayden's arrival at Gramma's house... He was too busy checking out Uncle Carson's toys!)
Steph and Brad were cookin' away!
The Bushman boys, Rhett, Rock and Rick, were awaiting the feast!
Kira, Brent, Jean and sweet baby Mia had arrived!
Jon carved up my not so beautifully browned, but very juicy turkey!
I whipped up my roasted vegtable gravy that was not such a big hit!
The kids found their places at our "kiddie table."
Aunt Dawn, Uncle Steve, Dustin, Terra, Rhett and Rock began feasing!
Rick and Brad had their plates piled high, on their first round that is...
Erik, Kaycee and Lil' Pumpkin Brynlee began the feast!
 Mia and her momma
Cousin's Kira, Steph and Erik... Sweet baby boy White is waiting patiently to join us next year!
Oh ya, there was pie!

We were so blessed to share the holiday with so much of our family.  We have been joined by two new babies, Brynlee and Mia, this year and have Steph and Brad's baby due early in the new year and we are so thankful that they are all healthy and happy!  Thank you all for coming and sharing this holiday with us.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The First REAL Snow Day of 2010

We got a jump start on the snow pack for 2010 with early snow storms.  On the Sunday before Thanksgiving, our kids spent a very fun and snowy day playing with their friends.
The Wilson's pulled out their four-wheeler and Jon pulled out his ice fishing sled, and they all got a ride around the circle.  Celeste is always a bit crazy!  She even pulled John around while the kids pelted him with snow balls!

Carson and Kaden
The Q-man awaits for just the right moment to launch that snow ball!

Quinton and Lexi
They had a ball!
(Little Eden did not join in on this day... She was the first of our kids to come down with the flu this winter.Poor thing!)

Eden Goes to Disney On Ice

Disney On Ice is all about the Princess Dress-Up experience!  Eden chose to dress up as the Little Mermaid.  Her dress was darling and then I added a fur white coat that I'd been saving! Beautiful!!!
Just as we were leaving home, Eden said, "Mom, we forgot to get my ice skates!"
She was so excited!
Come on, Mom, enough pictures!!!
We were all settled next to our friends, with our new mermaid wand, and cotton candy.  Let the show begin!
Scary Ursella, The Sea Witch
My nieces, Whit and Ashley, were always afraid of the Sea Witch, too!
Intermission... time for a quick nap!
Eden's absolute favorites - Mickey and friends!
"We can fly, we can fly, we can fly"
Eden's favorite was when the lost boys sang, "Following the Leader!"  It's her favorite preschool song!
Captain Hook and the pirates
 Sad face... 'Cause it's over!
The Merchandise - Yes, she came home with two wands!
Once again we joined Toni and her grand kids for the Disney on Ice experience. Here's Eden, Alisa, Aspen, Gage and Kylee
They wore the required costumes as well!  Aren't they all darling???
Another sad face... "Mom, sometimes I'm sad when I go to Disney on Ice and it's over!"
This was just one of those mother 'n daughter perfect days!  I love my beautiful Eden Belle!!!

Trick Or Treat

 The Hidden Springs Cove Kids
 Vikings Carson and Lexi
Ya, it rained on our parade! But our kids were troopers, no whining, no complaining, they just kept their eyes on the prize - CANDY!
Carson stayed in character all night!
Scary House! Scary House!
This is our favorite home to Trick or Treat every year! Their decorations are really creepy!
Even though Eden said she was done, she didn't want to stop until we reached this house.  So, I ended up driving her over here!
The Wilson's hosted the after party with roasted marshmellows in their garage (it was still wet and raining outside) and movies in their basement!
 Halloween PJs
Even Zoey had her Halloween scarf on...
It was another fabulously fun Halloween season!
